A general contractor will walk you through the process step by step, they will line up all the subcontractors, and will make sure all permits are taken care of. They will also keep the flow of work going in order to complete the job.

Currently you can be looking at 6-8 Months

Once you have the Lot and a plan we will start planning with the Perks test to make sure we can get a proper sewer system then we will see what is needed for material and Subcontractors getting all the information to get you an accurate quote.

3-4 months

Once we have all the information we can start at any time, once the permits are in hand. We can start digging as long as the ground is not froze, we will build all winter as long as the concrete work is done.

Depending on what is being done the weather is the Biggest factor. EX when building it is better to have snow when there is an open roof rather than rain.  Snow can be shoveled out where rain will just soak all the wood.

That will vary depending on your plan, if we need permits, and if windows are needed, right now they are taking the longest. could be up to 6-8 weeks.

You should start with a plan and a lot.

There will be somewhat of a mess which can be somewhat kept to the construction area. There will be noise with hammering and equipment. you can expect a lot of questions and decisions to be made. Usually we will run into change of plans, which will be dealt with as they come up
